I purchased one as a Christmas present for my son, when it arrived, the touchscreen would freeze every time I tried to celestorn setup, view videos or view pictures. After waiting thirty minutes on hold, I was able to describe the product’s behavior to a polite and professional operator who was quick to tell me that there are known issues with the touchscreen on this model of microscope.
